Return & Refund Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, we’ve got you!

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with any tags still attached.

To start a return, please email us at circularthriftt@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Returns are at your own cost, unless we’ve made a mistake with your order—if that happens, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 7 days.

A quick note: Since all our items are preloved, we do our best to describe and photograph any imperfections before listing. However, minor signs of wear may be present due to the nature of secondhand fashion.
