Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We aim to ship orders quickly, so changes/cancellations may not be possible. Please email us at circularthriftt@gmail.com ASAP, and we’ll do our best to help.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard (Tracked 48hr) – £3.39 (Free for orders over £30)
  • Express (Tracked 24hr) – £4.99 

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. After that:

  • Tracked 48hr: Estimated 2-3 business days
  • Tracked 24hr: Estimated next working day

Do you offer local pickup?
No.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 30 days as long as it’s in the same condition you received it (tags on, unworn, no damage).

Who covers return shipping?
Returns are at your own cost unless we made a mistake with your order. If that happens, we’ll provide a return label.

How do I request a return?
Just email circularthriftt@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll send you the return instructions.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are processed within 7 days.


Product & Sustainability

Are all items secondhand?
Most of our pieces are preloved or vintage, but we also stock new, unworn items with tags. These are usually past-season pieces or overstock that never made it to retail stores—helping to reduce waste and give them a second chance.

What condition are the items in?
Every item is carefully checked and described honestly. Some are like new, some are brand new with tags, and others have vintage charm. Any signs of wear or imperfections will always be mentioned in the listing.

How do you package orders?
We use recycled and recyclable materials whenever possible to reduce waste.
